We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment throughout the facility, ensuring our heavy manufacturing production lines continue to operate smoothly. The position requires a hands-on approach to address mechanical issues and perform general repairs on building components when needed. However, larger construction-related projects, such as door replacements or wall repairs, are typically handled by external contractors. The environment is industrial, demanding, and can be physically challenging, involving exposure to dirt, noise, and odors. Ideal candidates should be comfortable with a fast-paced, high-energy environment focused on keeping production running efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment throughout the facility.
• Ensure smooth and efficient operation of production lines by addressing mechanical issues in a timely manner.
• Perform general building repairs when necessary (smaller projects are outsourced to contractors).
• Work in a physically demanding, industrial environment, which may include exposure to noise, odors, and heavy machinery.
• Maintain a focus on safety, adhering to company policies and industry standards for all maintenance and repair tasks.
• Support production teams to minimize downtime and ensure consistent product output.

Shifts:

• First Shift: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday (occasional Saturday work required).
• Third Shift: 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday (with some flexibility, and optional Saturday work).

Compensation:

• Pay rate starting at $20+ per hour, based on experience.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience with industrial equipment maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Comfortable working in a challenging, dirty, and noisy industrial environment.
• Able to handle physically demanding work and long hours as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.

This is a hands-on, high-energy role ideal for candidates with experience in heavy manufacturing or industrial maintenance.
