What You Will Be Doing: 





Performing highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility's equipment.





Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.





Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines. Mig welding is also a plus.





Diagnosing problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.





Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.





Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.





Some weekend work required.





 





Skills You Bring: 





Prior industrial maintenance experience and/or prior industrial maintenance school. 





Experience in a production or manufacturing environment; Glass industry is (not required).





Experience with 480-volt 3 phase power.





Control circuit troubleshooting experience.





Basic PLC trouble shooting experience.





Strong mechanical skills.
