RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment and tools throughout the facility
• Work independently to meet maintenance requirements
• Keep detailed maintenance records
• Perform minor plumbing maintenance and repair (repair of leaks, unclogging drains, replacement of plumbing fixtures)
• Provide necessary sanitation support and proper procedures for handling basic cleaning chemicals.
• Assist with additional projects and other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years of maintenance experience – preferably in the areas of manufacturing and the preventative maintenance of sheet metal and machining equipment
• Experience in plumbing, air compressors, water lines, pneumatic systems, and electrical
• Proficient with MS Office – Outlook/Word/Excel
• Ability to successfully multi-task and meet deadlines
• Excellent at problem-solving, taking initiative, and being very resourceful
• Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance
• Must be able to regularly lift 50 pounds or more and participate in activities that include bending, turning, twisting, kneeling, working on ladders, and scrubbing

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

• Must be a US or permanent (Green Card holder). Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
