2. Job Description:

Our client, a leading manufacturer of aluminum extrusions and related products, is looking for a licensed 433A Millwright to join their Maintenance Team. As an Industrial Millwright, you will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on plant equipment, ensuring optimal production efficiency.

*Salary:* $43.45 per hour + shift premium (12 hour rotating continental shift)

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnostics on hydraulic and pneumatic systems

- Install, maintain, and repair equipment, including pumps, conveyors, and welding machines

- Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance

- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime

- Work from ladders, man lifts, and confined spaces

3. Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

- 433A Millwright certification

- 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance with a focus on aluminum extrusion

- Ability to work 12-hour rotating continental shifts (days, nights, weekends)

- Strong pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting skills

- Machine shop experience (lathe, mill, grinder)

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
