Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (OSHA, GMP, etc.).
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, analyzing data to drive strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and corporate leadership to align production goals.
• Develop and manage budgets, cost controls, and resource allocation.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment, production, and workforce challenges.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing, plant management, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other manufacturing best practices.
• Experience in budgeting, cost analysis, and strategic planning.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-production environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field ( but not required).
