Keen to further empower our team by onboarding more talent, we're looking to hire an experienced Industrialisation Mechanical Engineer to join our Industrialization Team. The right incumbent will be responsible for the delivery of new machines, implementation of new products and setting up new processes related to production. The position is based in Xanthi, Greece. Key activities and responsibilities of this role includes : Undertake projects related to existing automated production lines Design interchangeable tools to facilitate the new products into the existing automated lines Upgrade of existing processes / production methods to achieve reduction of production cost Use engineering analysis and design, to specify, predict, and evaluate the results obtained from systems and processes Set up automated lines to facilitate new products Communication with different teams regarding the design and implementation of the new products (R&D Production, QC) Evaluation of machines’ functionality Evaluation of quotation (technical point of view) aiming to reduce the overall cost of the implementation Create the processes related to new products (production processes) Create documentation related to the machines use and operator’s instructions (start-up, termination, emergency procedures, troubleshooting) Evaluation / set-up of processes related to new products (Consumptions, production times, material used) Requirements 2+ years of working experience in the same role in industrial/ manufacturing environment Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar technical education degree Fluency in English & Greek Excellent MS Office knowledge Experience in CAD and/or Solidworks Communication skills Project management skills Ability to work in projects that combine mechanical, electrical and automation technical details Benefits What we offer you A competitive salary based on experience and topped up with other benefits Company family healthcare plan Continuous learning opportunities Established framework for career development International mobility opportunities
