Industrialization Project Engineer

Tasks:>Technical coordination of project teams in the area of new production line concepts, new processes, planning/reviewing of production flows or manufacturing lines for backend and test processes >Creating and keeping the overview about industrialization status of production lines >Adherence to financial budget and time schedule. Monitoring and reporting equipment maturity, process & production performance KPIs >Independent realization of projects or their coordination for a holistic, sustainable process optimization during product launch >Application of statistical methods and structured problem solving methods >Collaboration with our worldwide competence network for know-how exchange Requirements: >Academic degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Manufacturing Technologies or equivalent >Several years professional experience in industrialization of series products as well as project management >Expertise in the field of electronics production >Spirit of innovation, creativity, proactive behavior and solution-oriented work style >Structured way of working, analytical thinking, entrepreneurship >Fluent business English written and spoken >Willingness to travel internationally (ca. 25%) >Team spirit and ability to communicate in an international and multicultural environment Why should you choose us?
