Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Consulting to serve on the Environmental Consultant Services (ECS) Team within our Infrastructure and Environment Vertical (I&E). As an Environmental Consulting , you will leverage your existing natural and cultural resources knowledge to support Government consulting projects. You will work closely with and on a team of interdisciplinary scientists to assist in planning, designing, and implementing plans while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.

This pay band reflects Chloeta's good faith estimate of the range it expects to offer; Chloeta reserves the right to alter this range if business circumstances change.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Support evaluation of the environmental impact of infrastructure projects through environmental assessments and sustainability audits.
Support the collection and analysis of environmental data, including air quality, water usage, waste management, and biodiversity monitoring.
Assist in preparing reports related to environmental compliance, sustainability, and infrastructure development.
Aid in ensuring that projects comply with local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
Support the design and implementation of sustainable infrastructure solutions.
Assist in conducting risk assessments related to infrastructure projects, including potential environmental risks.
Help in the preparation of permits and compliance documentation related to infrastructure projects and environmental regulations.
Participate in meetings with stakeholders (e.g., government agencies, contractors, environmental organizations) regarding infrastructure and environmental matters.
Contribute to research on emerging trends in sustainable infrastructure and environmental technologies.

Required Education and Experience:
Required: Enrolled in a university or college program at junior or senior level, course of study to include Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Wildlife Biology, Rangeland Management, Forestry, Archaeology, Anthropology, Sustainability, or a related field.
Required: At least 1 year of administrative office experience
Required Skills and Abilities:
Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
Highly organized and able to multitask.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with engineering and environmental software (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS) is a plus
Basic understanding of infrastructure planning and environmental regulations.
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of environmental data collection methods and sustainability practices.
Work Environment / Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds on occasion.
This job operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, etc.
