12 month contract with extensions ACT based role Must be an Australian Citizen with NV1 clearance Our federal government client is seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Automation Lead to join their infrastructure and project delivery team. As a Infrastructure & Automation Lead, you will be required to: Design, build and administer the Production, and Development/Test environments of Deployable Local Area Networks, Datacenter networks, based on the following technologies: Windows Server 2008 R2 (and later) SharePoint 2010 (and later) VMWare 6.5 (and later) Design and implement Automation & Orchestration toolsets in alignment with the department's practices including technologies such as: Powershell/PowerCLI Ansible Install, configure and administer military software applications (including Windows and Linux based servers and applications) The successful candidate must have: Qualifications, or practical experience with the following systems or emerging concepts: Virtual Reality platforms Software Defined Networking Extensive (greater than 10 years) experience in the field of SOE administration, and application integration; preferably within Government Local Area Networks.
