
Infrastructure Engineer-Storage
Job Family: ITAs the Storage Engineer you will provide day to day Level 2 operations support for JM’s Storage infrastructure. The Storage Engineer works closely with engineers from other domains (Infrastructure and Applications) to ensure services availability.Your goal / purpose will be to manage a vast array of Storage Area Network (SAN), Network Attached Storage (NAS) and Backup and Restore across multiple locations globally. Your success will contribute to maintaining the reliability and performance of the JM IT’s storage infrastructure services and the technologies supporting these services. This includes monitoring of the environments; responding to service requests, incidents, change requests, and problem management.We have recently launched our 24-hour Global Operations Centre in Kuala Lumpur.
