Managerial/Administration Supervising the team: and directing the activities of the section/department; assigning, reviewing and monitoring work and recommending disciplinary actions planning and staffing for the department/section skills of staff under span of control as required by the job Developing policies and procedures for the department/section: designing and implementing policies, standards and procedures related to the effective management of the department/section and identifying potential areas where existing policies and procedures require change or where new ones need to be developed Technical Data Center operations management: the management and operation of the organizations Data Centre and all associated technology and solutions & report on service performance & resource utilization, and make recommendations on system tuning or upgrades. agreed system changes as required to maintain reliability, performance and security. new systems to existing design guidelines as required. analyze service and system performance with a view to identifying possible faults before they impact service levels. appropriate testing as required to ensure that new releases will be implemented smoothly and in accordance with ITIL change management practices. periodical testing to ensure systems restorations and redundancy/ back-up solution are working as planned 2nd level support and trainer: as second level hierarchic escalation personnel for service desk incidents related to infrastructure support vendor support and maintenance services ensuring response times are in accordance with SLA targets. incidents to the 3rd level (supplier / manufacturer) end users per the training plan or as required by the organization. Technology management: and perform technology refresh according to the industry standards and maintaining Standard Operating Environments (SOEs): RIS, RDP etc, Systems Management tools (SMS, MOM etc) and Group Policy. of System Backup, Disaster Recovery, Virus Management & Detection of Internet ⁄ Security related infrastructure (Proxy Server, Firewalls, Antivirus, 2 factor Auth) Quality & Safety Supporting the development, maintenance and implementation of information systems disaster recovery plans Adhering to the policy and procedures to ensure the protection of the facility's IT assets and the integrity, security and privacy of information entrusted to or maintained by the facility Education Supporting the development and maintenance of an organization-wide business recovery plan to ensure the timely and effective restoration of IT services in the event of a disaster Qualifications, Certifications and Experience Required: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, M365 Enterprise Administration Expert, M365 Hybrid Administrator Associate, VCP, VCAP6-DCV, CCNP Routing/Switching and Wireless Certified Data Centre Management Professional (CDCMP), Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP), ITIL, PMP 5 years progressive IT infrastructure management responsibility especially in data center operations. Experience in the Healthcare industry Proficiency with IT infrastructure setup and maintenance for hospital operations. Good knowledge of information technology, IT trends and strategies, combined with business knowledge English language proficiency Arabic language proficiency is desirable but not essential.
