What we need We’re looking for a  Infrastructure Specialist Platform Engineering  who shares the same drive to improve people’s lives through technology and design. You’ll be working at the heart of top innovation projects for some of the most hyped industries at this moment.  Together with our team , you’ll be helping us assume responsibility for various roles inside the team. What you’ll do Available for hybrid work (3 days/week at the office), willing to come to our locations (Bucuresti, Brasov, Timisoara, or Cluj); Troubleshoot LAN and WAN impairments and outages on Palo Alto and Cisco-based network infrastructure; Perform engineer-level tasks on designated systems; Manage incidents, changes, problems, releases, and continual service improvement tasks; Maintain operational communication and administration, resolving service requests assigned by other support teams/groups; Generate and update documentation and reports; Support customer teams; Ensure compliance with business processes in operations; Participate in weekend on-call support on a rotational schedule as defined by management. What will help you succeed Experience with LAN and WAN impairments and outages on Palo Alto and Cisco-based network infrastructure; Experience with network monitoring tools; Experience with public cloud environments and collocated data centers; Experience with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE); Scripting and automation skills.
