Inside Sales and Project Management position is responsible for reviewing customer specifications, drawings and preparing cost estimates of project and managing project to end.

• Review and analyze specifications and drawings to provide accurate take-offs for projects.
• Use Estimating Program to estimate shop labor, materials, third party buyout costs and other related equipment costs necessary to provide an accurate estimate of the fabricated equipment cost.
• Identify exceptions and clarifications to customer request for quotation documents and/or other bid documents.
• Use Estimating Program to generate and document a total estimate of timing and costs for fabricated equipment, including necessary alternatives to base bids
• Identify improvements and implement changes to the pricing models with management approval
• Assists sales team in Bid/No Bid decisions
• Participate in estimate reviews with management / production.
• Assist Sales in determining need for change orders on existing projects.
• Develop expert knowledge of industry related specifications and fiberglass fabrication methods
• Meets bid deadlines for generating estimates
• Works with other teams to successfully execute projects

Minimum Requirements and Skills: Bachelor’s Degree or Associates degree with minimum 2 years’ experience in Industrial Equipment Estimating and Sales or minimum 5 years in Industrial Equipment Estimating and Sales or Construction Project Management.
