We are looking for Inside Sales/Estimator to join our team! Tech Control Systems is a System Integration company. We Furnish, install, service, and repair Parking and Revenue Control Systems (PARCS) (gates/Ticket Machines/Exit Machines/POS Stations), Parking Guidance, Card Access Control Systems (ACS) and Video Surveillance systems (CCTV).

Responsibilities:

• Put together bid estimates to Geneal Contractors, Developers, End Users Parking Operators, Cities, and Property Managers
• Estimates include Civil Work (trenching and concrete Islands) and Electrical Work (conduit, high and Low voltage) power
• Estimates to include Divisions Section 11150, 2700, etc.
• Estimates for service and Maintenace Contracts.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in electrical estimating related fields
• Familiarity with wiring diagrams
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Able to work with computer Software; Excel, Word, PDF programs
• use Google Calendar and Gmail programs.
