At a glance:

A selling, phone-based sales manager role with 60% of time working from a home office, and 40% working from a local sales office, The sales manager is responsible for not only overseeing and coaching their (remote/inside sales) team - but also managing vendor partnerships and personally selling ADT's core residential product: Home Security and Home Automation

Safe Haven Security, ADT's largest authorized dealer is EXPANDING, again! We are looking to add a TALENTED, HARD-WORKING Inside Sales Manager to our growing team! We're looking for a motivated, go-getter with some real HUSTLE! Previous management experience is preferred - but we'll develop a high-performing sales rep with the right ATTITUDE! This is a W-2 position with benefits - so you supply the DRIVE, we'll handle the rest!

Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the daily activity of a locally-based Remote Inside Sales team

Daily Responsibilities:

· Manage and grow networked relationships with industry vendors/partners

· Maintain and/or exceed minimum personal sales requirements (direct sales to the clients' of our vendors/partners)

· Conduct training, provide 1:1 coaching/development, facilitate daily team huddles

· Track and audit leads and total sales volume

· Support your team by controlling attrition, critical to your overall success

· Traditional inside sales hours

Additional Responsibilities:

· Motivate the team through phone and group chat communication

· Run regularly scheduled in-person sales meetings

· Provide real-time coaching and call shadowing

· Perform other duties as requested by Regional Sales Management

Qualifications:

· 3+ years of Inside (phone-based) Sales experience, supervisory preferred

· Ability to work efficiently with technical devices and platforms including laptops, CRM software and similar support tools

· Innate ability to lead and motivate others

· Income range for managers hitting minimum requirements is $120,000 - $160,000 annually

One More Important Detail:

· If selected, candidate will be required to take part in our 3-week, mandatory sales/management training at our corporate headquarters in Kansas City, Missouri

  • Safe Haven will take care of all associated travel expenses for this mandatory training
