Description An insolvency firm in North York is hiring an Insolvency Marketing and Business Development Representative. Position Summary: The Insolvency Marketing and Business Development Representative will be responsible for responding to incoming calls from potential new clients that will require selling capability and industry knowledge. Responsibilities: Develop personal insolvency practiceDevelop sources of referred work and build company’s presence and brandPlan, design and deliver marketing and advertising planBuild positive working relationship with debtors, referral sources, the Office of the Superintendent (OSB), CRA and local financial and accounting professionalsEnsure that our service offerings fit the client’s needs, while selling the benefits of their services and dealing empathetically with the client.Promote a strong working relationship with team members to maximize productivity and customer satisfactionProvide prompt response and solutions for the satisfaction of clients by monitoring the queue and tracking inbound calls.Develop, maintain and apply the learned knowledge of our specialized industryKeep team members aware of inbound calls, calls waiting, abandonment rate etc. and encourage them through positive communication and feedbackCommunicate via email and text to potential clientsAchievement of company and team goals. Requirements Knowledge and Skills Required Sound judgement and analysis to arrive at recommendations or conclusionsTeam leadership experienceAbility to work independently as well as within a team/group, providing professional advice or direction to other employees as necessary Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills according to unique situationsStrong relationship building skills, able to manage multiple relationshipsDetail oriented, highly organized and strong prioritizing skillsStrong work ethics integrity and committedHighly motivated with a desire to be successful, strong desire to motivate others.
