Installation Engineer (신입~경력)

:-Install EM(Electron Microscopes) in Asia region by;Supporting the preparation steps of your upcoming assignmentComplete the installation and setup of our sold equipment from move-in to customer acceptanceWork with 3rd party contractors to ensure a smooth installation progress-Give our customers the best possible install experience on their newly installed equipment with clear communication and good technical skillsCollaborate with customers to resolve their specific needs and requirements-Cultivate and develop positive working relationships with Thermofisher Scientific colleagues and customers assuring the highest level of customer experience.-Offer & seek technical assistance and guidance throughout the installation and operation process with colleagues and supporting departments.-Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and resolving any issues-Timely and accurate recording of your activities. Document the work done and works according to standard operating procedures.Job Requirements:Associate or bachelor's degree or above in mechatronics, mechanical / electrical / electronic, or any equivalent engineering major.Experience in Installing high-end equipment or a related field (Electron Microscope and / or vacuum knowledge is a preferred) or experience with installing, maintaining or building up of Electron Microscopes preferred.Willingness to learn and fast-track your Installation careerExceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsEager and quick learner with an enthusiastic and hands-on mentalityHighly motivated to go for the goals set and take on the challenge at handAble to obtain a valid passport and travel frequently as required up to 80%Must have a valid driver's license.IT skills in Microsoft Windows and Office environments.Good English language skills in word and writing.Ideal location for this job is to be living in proximity to Giheung/ Suwon/Hwaseong/SeoulJapanese language skills are an advantageWe offer a competitive package that includes a comprehensive benefits package, flexible work hours, bonus and opportunities for growth and development.At Thermo Fisher Scientific, we value diversity and inclusion.
