Position Overview:

As the Installation Manager, you will be at the heart of our day-to-day operations, overseeing both administrative functions and bath installation projects. This role demands a hands-on leader who can build and manage a team of installers while ensuring top-quality execution of all remodeling projects in the East Bay region. Up to 80% travel in the field is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Operations Management:

  • Plan and oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial client contact to final execution, ensuring seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.
  • Allocate resources efficiently, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure project completion within specified timelines while maintaining quality standards.
  • Develop and optimize production workflows for increased efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of project details, adjustments, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of installers.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and excellence within the team.
  • Provide ongoing coaching to enhance skills and operational efficiency.

Financial & Supplier Management:

  • Manage project budgets and expenses efficiently to maximize profitability.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Oversee final customer payments and provide financial reporting.

Hands-On Installation & Measurement:

  • Perform accurate measurements for materials required for installations.
  • Step in to install bathroom remodels when necessary to maintain project timelines and quality.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Proven experience in business or team management, preferably in home sales or renovations.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Social Security Number or ITIN.

Desired:

  • 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in the home improvement or construction industry.
  • Strong business development and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
