​We are seeking for a responsible Delivery & Installation Coordinator/ Logistics manager to organize our company’s day-to-day installation and delivery operations. The job duties will be to provide delivery and installation dispatching to our team and coordinate all daily administrative activities with customers as well as vendors. 

They should be highly organized and able to multitask with ease. The D/I Coordinator’s main tasks include managing office equipment, scheduling installation calls, checking installers and customers, contacting customers, managing the schedule and dispatching of 5 install teams. Our ideal candidate has experience as an Office Administrator, coordinator, relevant administrative role. You should also be familiar with office software (e.g. MS Office), including word processors, spreadsheets and presentations.

Ultimately, a successful Administrator should be able to ensure our office procedures run smoothly.

Qualifications:

  • Previous Service Dispatcher / Coordinator / Office Management experience / Logistics Coordinator 
  • Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and fax machines
  • Knowledge of office policies and procedures
  • Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, Scheduling software)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Office Administrator / Office Manager / Accounts Receivables are a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Generate estimates and send out to customers
  • Check in parts and allocate for technicians
  • Order parts from vendors
  • Fill out and submit warranty claim forms
  • Answer inbound telephone calls and emails
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks
