Installation Scheduler - Construction

Job DescriptionJob Description

The Installation Scheduler will be responsible for organizing, implementing and maintaining scheduling for all projects and their installation crews, while working closely with the Project Management team. They will be required to create an internal schedule based upon labor, material lead times and subcontractor availability. Further duties would include: monitoring project timelines, evaluating performance of field personnel, preparing project progress reports, and keeping stakeholders informed of project timelines and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with personnel.
• Degree in Construction Management (not required, but helpful)
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Construction Scheduling, Project Management or Commercial Installation
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook
• Organizational skills

Not required but highly beneficial

• Understanding MISSDIG system for underground excavation
• Use and understanding of Bluebeam take off software

• Tools and equipment scheduled to crews
• Scheduling of in house semi truck deliveries
• Verify materials are available for project
• Daily Field Reports reviewed by crew
• As-Built for projects upon completion of the work
• Manage Crew Overtime
• Layoff Crew Members
• Hire Crew Members
• Stolen Tool Reports
• Coordinating Concrete Deliveries
• Conducting Foreman Meetings
• Answer Foremen Requests
• Hire & Manage Sub-Contractors
• Weather Days Forecast and Planned
• Approve Job Site Time Tickets
• Attend Production Meetings
