Installation & Service Manager - Fire & Security

A rare opportunity has emerged to lead and develop a team of 20 Fire & Security engineers across service and installation disciplines. Based in the South West, ideally Cornwall, this position offers the perfect blend of technical leadership and people management, working with a company that's committed to excellence in electrical services.

What you'll be doing



You'll oversee both service and installation teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality electrical systems, including intruder alarms, fire alarms, and CCTV. Managing project lifecycles from installation through to service handover, you'll be responsible for meeting KPIs, maintaining safety standards, and delivering excellent customer service.



You'll develop and motivate your team through regular communications, performance reviews, and coaching sessions, while managing schedules and resources to meet client SLAs and revenue targets.

Experience managing electrical services teams is essential, along with a strong understanding of industry standards and compliance requirements. You'll need proven leadership abilities and excellent project management skills. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to build lasting relationships with both clients and team members is crucial. Most importantly, you'll need to be a confident communicator who can maintain high performance under pressure.
