Job Description:
We’re looking for an Installation Technician to join our small, growing team! The ideal candidate will have previous installation experience and a strong talent for problem-solving and customer service. As an integral part of our team, you’ll install various window treatments while ensuring complete customer satisfaction to help our business thrive.

Responsibilities:

• Install a variety of window treatments, including blinds, shades, and shutters.
• Program motorized systems and provide customer training on technology use.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by communicating effectively and addressing any concerns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges on-site.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Operate and maintain a company-provided vehicle and phone.
• Collaborate with office staff to ensure seamless communication and scheduling.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in window treatment installation or a related field (training provided).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of reliability and punctuality.
