What it's like to be a Installation Technician at PALCARE
As a Full Time Installation Technician at PalCare, your day-to-day responsibilities will include installing, testing, repairing, and maintaining PalCare emergency call systems. These duties will also include remote support (via phone call and remote computer access), training at the time of installation, and supporting clients after the installation is complete.
This position requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to resolving technical issues promptly and effectively.
Are you the Installation Technician we're looking for?
- To excel as a Full Time Installation Technician at PalCare, you must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience installing, servicing, and maintaining Access Control Systems and related systems.
- Exceptional customer service skills are essential, especially when dealing with challenging situations.
- Additionally, you will need the ability to hear horns and warning devices at a distance of 30 yards and possess visual acuity, whether corrected or uncorrected, to identify potential hazards at a range of 30 yards.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills will also be crucial for success in this role.
