About the Role



* Become an expert on internal systems to effectively train and support teams.



* Deliver training programs and conduct both on-site and off-site training sessions for internal teams, partners and customers.



* Perform site audits, troubleshoot issues and provide feedback for process improvements.



* Work alongside the team to create and update structured programs, using the CRM System for scheduling and tracking progress.



* Maintain records, certifications and installation documents to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.



* Carry out product demos to educate and help customers during the sales and implementation process.



* Travel is needed, sometimes for extended periods, to support training and installation activities.



About You



* You’ll have great attention to detail.



* Display the practical skills for using tools within a construction/engineering environment.



* A sound knowledge of products used in both active and passive fire protection systems.



* The confidence to present in a group setting.



* Onsite inspection experience would be fantastic although training will be provided.



* Be a team player and able to follow instructions easily.



* Used to using Microsoft programs such as word/excel as well as utilising the CRM system and external apps for reporting/surveying.



* A clean driver’s license is essential.
