We have a new role for our reputed Oil and Gas Company 

• Role: Instrument Technician
• Location: Ruwais, UAE
• Contract Duration: 12 months, renewable – EXCLUSIVE basis 
• Start Date: ASAP
• Rotation: 42 days on 21 days off – day shift only

Job Role:

solid Instrument Tech (5-10 years) with gas processing experience.
Calibration of Pressure gauges, Pressure Transmitters, Pressure Switches, Temperature Gauges, Temperature Transmitters, Temperature Switches, D/P Flow Transmitters, Level Gauges, and Float Type Level Switches, D/P Level Transmitters, Displacer type Level Transmitters, Guided wave Level Transmitters, Radar Level Transmitters and Interface Level Transmitters
Familiarize with various control valve positioners and PST like Fisher, Metso, Samson, Siemens, ABB, Flowserve, YTC, Dresser, Masoneilan, and Ingersoll Rand.
Conduct electronic and pneumatic instrument installation, maintenance, and repair, including impulse tube identification. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) activities
Engage in field modifications, fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, loop checking, simulation, and commissioning activities.
Perform calibration and servicing of various valves, including PRVs, SOVs, positioners, regulators, I/P and P/I converters, as well as flow, pressure, level, and temperature transmitters and switches.
Preparation of Document, Loop Checking, Functional test, trouble shooting, start up, Line up all instruments, Functional test of Fire Gas System.
