Instrumentation & Control Engineer (PAT/RAD/OT/NAT)

Main tasks and responsibilities of position:Elaborate and execute Portable Appliance Testing (PAT), radiometry, Operation Technology (OT) and analyzers (NAT) preventive and predictive maintenance plans of Central Services and Utilities and Infrastructure.Implement a good strategy for maintaining the lifecycle of PAT, OT and NAT equipment.Implement PAT, radiometry, OT and NAT spare part concept to fulfil reliability target.Supports and active participation regarding preparation of operation instructions (i.e. risk assessment, Hazop studies).Execute and coordinate improvement projects in terms of reliability, safety, efficiency.Participate on global communities and working groups and standardize applying Covestro guidelines and standards.Manage and coordinate OT networks (MES, DCS and OTS) and applications (PI, Dynamo, EMOS, etc.). Assure the implementation of OT security measures and maintenance.Coordination with central turnaround department plant Turnaround.COV Tarragona Radiometry Supervisor.Qualifications:Grade Engineer in Electronic, Telecommunications, Electrical technology, Chemical or Industrial engineering.Experience in Industrial Chemical Plant maintenance and projects.Experience in Process Analyzer Technology and automationExperience in chemical continuous processExperience on industrial networks and OT management.Fluent EnglishAdded values: Radiometry Supervisor License, Knowledge in Safety Integrated Systems, basic-medium German. Knowledge in Process Control Technology, ATEX, PCS7 and OT Security.WHAT YOU OFFER
