Your Daily Adventure:

Requirements



Key Responsibilities:



* Precision Calibration: Fine-tune weighing, temperature, and level equipment.



* Expert Installation: Install, modify, and commission new plant equipment to high standards.



* Fault Diagnosis: Quickly identify and repair faults on plant control systems.



* Maintenance Mastery: Perform planned and reactive maintenance on instrumentation, control, and automation equipment.



* Safety First: Conduct risk assessments and create method statements for safe installations and maintenance.



* Technical Guidance: Provide specialist advice and training support for technical trainees.



* Swift Repairs: Investigate plant failures and execute efficient repairs to minimize production downtime.



What You'll Bring:



* Technical Prowess: Ability to read and fault-find from schematic drawings, with experience in inverter drives and PLCs.



* Practical Knowledge: Strong understanding of operational plant and control systems.



* Hands-On Experience: Background in calibration and maintenance of frontline instrumentation.



* Qualifications: Ideally, HNC level or City and Guilds NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) in an electrical subject.



* Mobility: A valid UK driving licence and accessibility to work nationwide



* Physical Fitness: Ability to work at height and complete IPAF training, with flexibility for out-of-hours work when needed.
