Instrumentation Engineer – Geleen, NetherlandsContract Duration: Initial 12-month contract working via Leap29, after the 12 months there is a potential permanent position.Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); Dutch language skills are a plus.A leader in the European nitrogen fertilizer market and the largest global producer of melamine, this company is also one of the few producers of renewable (green) ammonia, driving sustainable solutions.We are seeking a skilled and experienced Instrumentation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of instrumentation systems within our production facilities.You will collaborate with various departments to ensure instrumentation systems adhere to the highest standards of safety, reliability, and efficiency.This is a versatile day-shift position, where you will be part of the Engineering team that supports three plant units. You will report to the Instrumentation, Systems & Electrical Manager.Who Are We Looking For? Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering or a related fieldAt least 7 years of experience in instrumentation, preferably within the chemical process industryStrong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environmentExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information to diverse audiencesProficiency in Dutch is requiredIn-depth knowledge of industry norms and standardsFamiliarity with electrical installations is a plus, but not essentialDetail-oriented and quality-focused
