Insurance Account Manager - Commercial Lines

We are seeking an Insurance Account Manager to become a part of our organization! You will investigate, analyze, and determine the extent of the organization's liability in various claims.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and efficient handling of all client accounts by effectively managing and prioritizing daily workload.
• Adapt quickly to new challenges and changing priorities, demonstrating flexibility in managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Provide comprehensive account servicing effectively, including policy administration, renewals, and endorsements, ensuring all client needs are met.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling commercial insurance products and actively promote these opportunities to other departments to maximize sales potential.
• Collaborate with producers and other team members to develop and implement effective strategies that address client needs and achieve sales targets.
• Successfully build and manage client relationships through proactive communication and personalized service, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and software applications, ensuring efficient management of client accounts.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance by maintaining detailed and organized records of client interactions, policy changes, and other relevant information.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of insurance coverages to proactively meet and exceed client needs through tailored solutions and expert advice.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in insurance, investigations or other related fields
• P&C licensed. Other professional designations a plus, e.g. CPCU, CIC, CISR, etc.
• Experience handling own book of business
• Knowledge and experience with an agency management system, Adobe, and Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel)
