Distinguished, NATIONAL Insurance Defense Litigation Law Firm is looking for experienced Litigation Paralegals to join their MIAMI office (we're located in Brickell - this is a HYBRID position***). Should have experience with EITHER Bodily Injury Defense or other Insurance Defense Litigation. We namely handle the defense of car accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, and construction accident cases throughout Florida.

***FIRST 60 DAYS = you can work from home ONLY on Fridays (4 days in office).

***AFTER 60 DAYS = you can work from home three (3) days per week!

IDEAL Candidates have 4+ years Insurance Defense Litigation Paralegal experience (Bodily Injury or other Insurance Defense) in FLORIDA***

DUTIES: Opening case files, issuing subpoenas for medical record/bills, reviewing and summarizing medical records, drafting pleadings/motions, sending out discovery, deposition scheduling, e-filing, calendar management for attorneys, client phone calls, correspondence, and helping attorneys with legal support when they prepare for trials. Some billable hours will be required so we would prefer if you have some familiarity with entering billable hour time.
