Top to Bottom Construction is a full service insurance restoration contractor. We are looking to add additional Project Managers to our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, experience with roofing, siding, gutters, and windows, a pleasant customer service demeanor, and the ability to work well within a team. Resumes with Insurance Restoration Experience will be strongly considered

The requirements for this position are as follows:

- Valid Driver's License

- Experience with Google Apps, JobNimbus

- Prior experience with roofing, siding, gutters, and windows - Carpenters encouraged to apply

- Ability to carry a ladder up to 28', 40' when needed and no fear of heights. This is a hands on position that involves climbing ladders multiple times per day.

The responsibilities for the position are as follows:

- Manage exterior construction projects onsite

- Verify materials are delivered as ordered

- Go over work orders with subcontractors

- Insure that work orders are followed in a warrantable manner

- Make onsite decisions using common sense and experience

- Troubleshoot and identify warranty issues / leaks

- Complete final walkthrough with clients and obtain letter of completion

- Make sure all requested photos are uploaded

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

• 12 hour shift
