If you're organized, dependable, and love talking on the phone, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Spend most of your day handling incoming and outgoing phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
• Gather details efficiently and accurately while maintaining a positive and empathetic tone
• Update client records with detailed, accurate notes in our system
• Follow up with clients to answer questions, collect documents, and provide updates
• Approach every interaction with a consistent, courteous, and professional demeanor

Qualifications:

• Experience in a law office, intake, or customer service is a plus.
• Punctual and dependable with a team-oriented mindset.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and typing skills required.
• Bilingual speaking skills are a plus.
