We currently have numerous career opportunities in our teams for Integration Engineers. What you’ll be doing: Combining components and systems to form a System of Systems Using your engineering knowledge and experience to solve problems throughout our product development lifecycle Working in a multi-disciplinary environment with other engineers with different skills and experiences Managing projects holistically, while developing a deeper understanding of the products you will be working on Your skills and experiences: A degree in the field of Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Aerospace, Systems or Software) Experience of the Engineering Lifecycle, product safety and MBSE Evidence based experience in an engineering/technological environment Some experience of Model Based Engineering approaches and the supporting toolsets (e.g., Teamcenter PLM, DOORS, CAMEO, MATLAB, ANSYS) Experience leading a project team of multi-disciplinary engineers Excellent communication skills across all levels of an organisation Self-motivated and pro-active with effective collaboration skills Benefits: You’ll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan. The Air Integration Engineering Team: You will be working in a team alongside experienced Integration Engineers. You will be managing projects which involve a range of engineering teams e.g., aerodynamics, mission systems, airframe design and human factors. Why BAE Systems?
