Interconnect NPI Product Engineer

We are looking for a creative and independent Product Engineer. NVIDIA's high-speed products are leading in the markets with innovative ways to improve speed and bandwidth from one generation to another. Today, we are increasingly known as the place for getting “End-to-End High-Speed Ethernet and InfiniBand Solutions.” We're looking to grow our company and build our teams with smart people who can join us at the forefront of technological advancement.We need a creative individual who will join the interconnect NPI team. Our team integrates knowledge of multi-discipline (Mechanics, Thermal, Process, hardware and Test) to solve Yield and performance problems for NVIDIA's newest transceiver products. We are a data-driven group that by understanding the electrical test failure we analyze multi-test results, create engineering experiments\ lab debug to find the root cause and permanently fix the problems. We work in a high-stress environment and provide fast and accurate results. If you are passionate about data analysis with an integration perspective to enable the highest quality products that will change the world, we want to hear from you!What you'll be doing:Daily Problem solving - Data drivenReaching high-quality product deliveries to customers by data and failure analysis.Improving Product performance by solving multiple problems with Process/Mechanical/Hardware and Thermal teams.Leading high-impact Task Forces and working Groups.Designing and improving factory test plans (to improve coverage, time, cost, and yield)Building automatic platforms to provide fast Engineering inputsDrive yield improvement, and fix the failure paretoManage Failure Analysis of field and production failuresCollaborate with different teams (including Customer Support, Marketing, Engineering, Quality, Reliability)What we need to see:B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering/Material Engineering/Chemistry Engineering2+ years of relevant experienceStrong problem solving and prioritization abilityStrong statistics and data analysis background (JMP)Good software skills, especially in scripting languagesStrong presentation, communication skillsFast and fast learner, Multi-tasking and work under stress capabilitiesGood communication skills with diverse teams and functional groups.
