Are you an experienced Mechanical Building Services Engineer looking to work with top-tier clients on exciting projects?

We are currently seeking both Intermediate (2+ years' experience) and Senior (4+ years' experience) Mechanical Building Services Engineers to join our growing team in Croydon.

\nKey Responsibilities:\n

• \nClient-facing role: Build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients in the commercial and logistics industries.

• Conduct site surveys at stages 3-4, ensuring detailed assessments of existing systems and new installations.

\n

• Develop and design mechanical building services systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and client requirements.

\n

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, offering technical support and solutions to challenges on-site.

\n

• Lead the technical delivery of projects, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.

\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n

\n
• \nIntermediate Engineer: Minimum of 2 years' experience in mechanical building services within commercial and logistical industries.

\n

• \nSenior Engineer: Minimum of 4 years' experience with a proven track record in building services engineering, particularly in commercial and logistical sectors.

\n

• Strong understanding of mechanical systems design and building services standards.

\n

• Experience conducting site surveys from stages 3-4 and delivering technical assessments.

\n

• Confidence and professionalism in client-facing roles, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both clients and internal teams.

• A proactive attitude, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
