Intern—Employer Branding and Campus Marketing Human Resources

WHAT YOU'LL DO As a dynamic and motivated intern, you’ll be part of our Employer Branding and Campus Marketing teams, who are responsible for the entire presence of the BCG employer brand and for recruiting outstanding candidates in the German and Austrian market. You’ll support the team in implementing our employer branding strategy, and you’ll have your own projects during your internship. You will also collaborate on campaign preparations and will support the team in implementing mailings and newsletters, social media activities, and websites. In addition, you’ll help to plan and execute various target group-specific recruiting events and HR marketing activities and help to ensure a smooth process and a good candidate experience. This includes reviewing application documents and maintaining the application database, communicating with applicants, and selecting the right candidates for BCG. Smaller projects on various recruiting topics, research tasks, or support in active sourcing round out your diverse set of responsibilities. YOU'RE GOOD AT You’re interested in (campus) marketing, employer branding, and recruiting. You impress people with your structured and independent work style. You’re dependable, eager to take on responsibility, and enjoy working in a team. You’re unfailingly friendly and polite in interactions with coworkers and service providers. You have communicative talent and good networking skills. YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) You are an enrolled student (ideally majoring in communications, media studies, marketing, human resources, or a comparable field of study). You have a strong interest in (employer) branding, recruiting, and personnel marketing topics. You’d describe yourself as an organizational and coordination talent with a high service orientation. Optimally, you have some initial professional experience from internships or volunteer work. You are proficient in the MS Office suite. Excellent German and very good English skills round out your profile. YOU'LL WORK WITH You’ll be part of the highly motivated team that is responsible for BCG’s employer brand. The team’s collaboration is characterized by respect, acceptance, and mutual trust. Working closely with our Recruiting department, you’ll take over your own areas of responsibility and always be able to draw on the experience of your colleagues.
