Grasping a strong understanding is key to ensure a stable process and enabling better process margin. Few in the industry has strong knowledge in this field. The experiences gain from this project will pave way for a full-time opportunity and career in this industry of Photolithography which is cornerstone for process and equipment development in the field of chip making. ​Scope: ​·Understand the various lithography system and platform. ​·Understand optic properties and various measurement and modelling techniques​Deliverable: ​·To develop a way of monitoring the optics health and study the impact to process critical dimension (CD), and setup detection system​Skills Require:Strong in applied statistics and some knowledge in modeling and optics would help.​Course of interests:Microelectronics, Control Engineering, Photonics ​Internship Period / Duration:Aug to Dec 2024 // Minimum 4 months - 6 mon
