Working with us means working with the latest technologies and groundbreaking, sustainable innovations.Join us on our journey for a better tomorrow.Join our Internal Control team that performs the testing of the operating effectiveness of internal controls in the company including utilization of innovative solutions such as automations, robotics, and AI.What is this role about?Testing the effectiveness of internal controlsConducting compliance reviews, such as assessing the setup of approvers in various systems to ensure compliance with Global/Local Prokura.Centrally coordinating Prokura updates to maintain compliance.Collecting and analyzing data to evaluate current internal control processes and proposing improvement ideas - assessing their feasibility and benefits.Implementing Automation and Robotics Solutions: Collaborating with the IT team on the implementation of automation and robotic solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of internal controls.Exploring the potential of AI in the internal control environment.Collaborating on the development of the OIC process.Who are we looking for?University degree in Finance, Economics or InformaticsExperience with financial internal controls and control framework with an open mind to innovative solutionsMS Office on advanced level, Power BI (advantage)ERP experience (SAP), Data analyticsFluent English.Effective communication with individuals at various levels of the organization, possessing strong interpersonal skills, self-awareness, and adeptness in communication.Proficient in communicating deficiencies and challenging the status quo.Capable of analyzing details, abstracting, synthesizing, and drawing conclusions.What can we offer you?Emphasis on work-life balance.
