Position: Internals Site Manager\n\nLocation: East London\n\nRate: £280 - £300 per day\n\nCompany\n\nOur client is a tier 1 residential developer that specialises in building medium to high rise RC frame residential projects in London.\n\nRole\n\nWe are currently for an internals bias Site Manager to join our clients project team. The role will involve overseeing the internal works on a range of apartments from 1st fix, through to handover.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nYour day to day duties will include (But not limited to); Full management and sequencing of the internal trades with a key focus on the quality of delivery. Progress reporting to the Project Manager, health and safety and weekly site meetings.\n\nYou must be immediately available and have proven experience of delivering residential apartments from 1st fix through to handover as well having a valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.\n\nFor more information please apply within or contact Aaron Billett at CSC Recruitment
