What You’ll Do:
In this role, you’ll manage the complex and fast-paced world of international logistics and purchasing. You’ll be the main force behind our global supply chain, ensuring smooth, cost-effective operations and on-time delivery. Combining logistics management, purchasing expertise, and budget oversight, you’ll play a critical role in helping Synergy Innovation deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Logistics Oversight
  Lead and optimize our international logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfillment. You’ll be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient movement of goods across borders, keeping operations running smoothly and cost-effectively.

• Strategic Purchasing
  Develop and execute purchasing strategies that align with our business objectives. You’ll handle supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and manage costs to ensure we’re getting the best value from every dollar spent, with a focus on quality and consistency in supply.

• Budget Management
  Own the logistics and purchasing budget. You’ll monitor and analyze expenses, track trends, and identify cost-saving opportunities to maintain alignment with company financial goals. Regular budget updates and reports to leadership will keep everyone aligned on key financial metrics and cost control efforts.

• Process Improvement
  Constantly assess and refine logistics and purchasing processes. From optimizing transportation routes to streamlining inventory, you’ll implement changes that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance accuracy across our operations. You’re always looking for ways to improve and ensure best practices.

• Performance Tracking
  Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for on-time delivery, order accuracy, inventory turnover, and other critical metrics. You’ll use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and celebrate milestones as we meet or exceed targets.

• Regulatory Compliance
  Ensure full compliance with local, state, federal, and international regulations related to logistics, purchasing, and supply chain management. You’ll stay up-to-date on relevant laws and standards, adjusting strategies as necessary to avoid disruptions and keep operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in international logistics and purchasing management, with a demonstrated ability to balance efficiency with cost-effectiveness.
• Strong leadership skills with experience guiding teams to achieve high performance.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail, with experience using data to drive decisions and improve processes.
• Proficiency with logistics and inventory management software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities for working with suppliers, team members, and stakeholders.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture.
