We are also responsible for the assembly training centers at the Bremen, Sindelfingen and Rastatt plants.We are looking for a capable, cross-team support for 6 months. The following tasks await you as part of the internship: Familiarization with the product development process/production processParticipation in the start-up of the various new product projects at the target plant in BremenTasks within the scope of daily project workContributing to the implementation of strategic goals and processesParticipation and involvement in overarching project committeesClose cooperation with cross-departmental and cross-location teams as well as in the global production networkContributing to the redesign or reorganization of start-up processes with a variety of interfaces and influencing factorsSupporting the further development of the content and methodology of ramp-up methods in an international and intercultural contextPreparation and follow-up of workshops and meetingsPreparation of project documentsContributing to the standardization of international production processes QualifikationenDegree in engineering, industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable course of studyProficient in written and spoken German and English (at least B2)Confident use of MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Team and communication skillsCommitment and ability to integrateAnalytical mindset and strategic way of working Additional information:Period of 6 months and existing enrollment at the time of the internship.
