Responsibilities
- Track all Inventory from vendors and suppliers and securing shipment arrival times.
- Catalog and Organize all Inventory received Daily.
- Updating Inventory count and Maintaining Inventory level and records
- Assist in the facilitation of ordering additional products and supplies when needed.
- Assist in the Maintenance and Cleanliness of Company Warehouse, Staging Area, and Vehicles
- Assist in the development and strengthening of Inventory Processes.
- Assist in the Planning and Scheduling of all Installations and Service Calls.
- Assist in Coordination of Technical Support to Clients
Physical and Knowledge Requirements ( but not required):
- Must have the ability to sit, stand, stoop and bend for extended periods of time
- Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, professional and help create, develop and implement project process improvement(s)
- Must promote the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients and business partners
- Must be able to maintain a professional appearance and good hygiene
- Must have the ability to manage multiple projects at one time in an efficient and timely manner
- Must possess proven problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills and strong organizational skills
- Must be able to work at heights, off of a ladder and in confined spaces, lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 75 pounds
- Flexibility to travel occasionally or work overtime as needed
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; creative thinking
- Interact with employees, customers, and colleagues effectively on a professional level
- Strong Customer Service and Communication Skills both written and verbal
- Must have the ability to read schematic diagrams and drawings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalency
- Be a US
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Pass drug screen and a background check
