Responsibilities

• Track all Inventory from vendors and suppliers and securing shipment arrival times.
• Catalog and Organize all Inventory received Daily.
• Updating Inventory count and Maintaining Inventory level and records
• Assist in the facilitation of ordering additional products and supplies when needed.
• Assist in the Maintenance and Cleanliness of Company Warehouse, Staging Area, and Vehicles
• Assist in the development and strengthening of Inventory Processes.
• Assist in the Planning and Scheduling of all Installations and Service Calls.
• Assist in Coordination of Technical Support to Clients

Physical and Knowledge Requirements ( but not required):

• Must have the ability to sit, stand, stoop and bend for extended periods of time
• Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, professional and help create, develop and implement project process improvement(s)
• Must promote the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients and business partners
• Must be able to maintain a professional appearance and good hygiene
• Must have the ability to manage multiple projects at one time in an efficient and timely manner
• Must possess proven problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills and strong organizational skills
• Must be able to work at heights, off of a ladder and in confined spaces, lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 75 pounds
• Flexibility to travel occasionally or work overtime as needed
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; creative thinking
• Interact with employees, customers, and colleagues effectively on a professional level
• Strong Customer Service and Communication Skills both written and verbal
• Must have the ability to read schematic diagrams and drawings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalency
• Be a US
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Pass drug screen and a background check
