United Tissue Network is seeking a Full-Time Inventory Management Associate to join our team in St. Petersburg, FL.
In this role, you will work closely with the Client Services and Operations departments to manage tissue allocation processes, inventory control, and related responsibilities to support programs using human tissue to help advance medical science. We are looking for an organized, self-motivated problem solver who can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts (with potential for overtime)
- Job Type: Full-time
- Work Location: In-person
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in math, science, business, operations management, or a related field, or equivalent applicable work experience.
- Experience:
- 1 year of experience in end-to-end inventory management, logistics, or project management (Required).
- 1 year of experience in tissue allocation ().
- 1 year of experience with SAP Supply Chain Management ().
- Inventory Management experience ()
- Procurement Background ()
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Detail-oriented with a professional, results-driven attitude.
- Ability to manage inventory control and allocation processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong stress management and the ability to meet deadlines.
- High initiative and a strong ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Technical competence in software, hardware, and network systems
