We’re seeking a highly organized and motivated Investor Operations and Relations Coordinator to support our CEO and help drive our fund's success. Your Key Responsibilities: Investor Relations: Maintain strong, professional relationships with the fund's investors and serve as their primary point of contact. Operational Coordination: Manage daily fund operations, including overseeing cash flows across multiple banks and brokers, while ensuring regulatory compliance. Fund Administration: Collaborate with the fund administrator on monthly NAV calculations and reporting requirements. Risk Monitoring: Monitor portfolio risks and address any operational challenges as they arise. CRM and Marketing Support: Manage the fund’s CRM system (HubSpot) and assist with marketing and communication efforts. Transaction Oversight: Facilitate fund deposits and redemptions, ensuring smooth and accurate processes.
