Irrigation Service Supervisor

The Irrigation Service Manager (ISM) is a full time position to oversee a team of (6-8) irrigation service technicians by providing day-to-day operational scheduling and guidance. ISM would be the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, including commercial, residential and municipal customers.  ISM’s priority is to ensure customer satisfaction by promptly and efficiently addressing client needs or issues to meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

*Create technicians daily schedule through work orders

*Communicate service updates and information to customers

*Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing clients

*Work with companies technical support groups for scheduling, irrigation controller products and database

*Implement performance goals and evaluate team member productivity

*Collaborate with office staff and General Manager to ensure the best customer service for clients

*Ensure technicians trucks are being maintained as necessary focusing on safety and proper working condition.

*Manage existing service contracts and renewals as well as implement new ones.

Key Skills necessary:

*Irrigation knowledge

*Ability to manage multiple tasks with efficiency

*Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability

*Ability to work with and learn multiple computer programs such as Quickbooks, Hindsite and Hunter Hydrawise applications

*Leadership and team management skills

Helpful for position:

*Worked in the irrigation or landscaping construction field

*Previous management experience

*Business management degree or certification

*Plumbing or construction knowledge

Compensation:

*60k-70k salary /yr.
