IT Asset & Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities: 

·       Assists with the procurement, deployment and tracking of IT provided hardware and software

·       Work with IT Manager to create asset management lifecycle processes

·       Maintain hardware stock, accessories, and supplies to established min/max levels

·       Forecast inventory needed for new hires and refresh cycles

·       Identifies savings opportunities for hardware and software including software licensing and renewals

·       Create and maintain asset management, hardware refresh, and procurement related documentation

·       Track and collect hardware from exiting employees

·       Track and ship hardware to remote sites as needed

·       Perform audits on software usage and licensing

·       Create/Run needed reports and provide to management

Required Skills & Expertise:

·       At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role

·       Experience using a ticketing system

·       Experience with asset management systems

·       Experience creating documentation

·       Ability to work independently or as a team

·       Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

·       Creates an enjoyable, professional experience with all team members

·       Detail Oriented

·       Strong Organizational Skills
