This role will manage and enhance critical business software systems that support policy and claims management, agency management operations, accounting, advanced reporting and AI tools.
In this strategic, hands-on role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to analyze business processes, implement improvements, and deliver impactful solutions. Leveraging your expertise in the software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management best practices, you’ll lead system configuration, data analysis, and quality assurance while coordinating with third-party vendors to execute key initiatives.

While this role may be completed 100% remotely, it is that applicants are primarily based in Massachusetts, Rhode Island or New Hampshire.
Requirements:
Technical Expertise and Experience:
- 3+ years experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in the software development life cycle (SDLC) and business process mapping.
- Experience with database design, SQL, and data analysis to deliver actionable insights.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology .
Insurance Industry and Business Knowledge:
- Familiarity with insurance-related systems, including policy and claims management and agency operations.
- Familiarity with financial systems, and financial reporting.
Project Management Skills:
- Hands-on experience in leading projects using methodologies such as Scrum or PMI best practices.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to execute initiatives.
Problem Solving and Innovation:
- Creative problem-solving abilities to improve operations, systems, and data flows.
- Experience with emerging technologies such as AI tools, ChatGPT, and Copilot.
Interpersonal and Communication Skills:
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts in business-friendly .
