IT Change Manager/IT Project Manager

This is a permanent position, paying £50-55k plus benefits, working on a hybrid basis (1 day per week onsite in central London – City area) for a facilities management business.

You will be working with a small IT and Product Delivery team, for a key division of the business (and as part of a much large IT function) supporting the business stakeholders as well as your IT colleagues in facilitating IT Changes and technical challenges that occur.

The role will encompass technical project management and IT change management, more from the perspective of managing production incidents than deploying new projects. You will be supporting the Product Manager, to look after all the smaller issues, projects and roadbumps that come up so they can focus on building out their products.

This is a key position for the business to ensure the team is effective and can achieve its ambitious goals. Over time the role will expand to other divisions within the business too.

It would suit someone who has previously been a technical project manager, it change manager, or IT demand and delivery manager.
