Define, design and implement core system hardware and operating system solutions and maintain systemsResolve needs of the site.Research new equipment based on needs and end of life for the equipment based on the IT Roadmap.Work with the global IT teams to incorporate Micron standards and best practices into local site IT Infra system builds.Provide operational support for IT infrastructure for the worldwide Micron enterprise. Handle and maintain the existing environment.Respond appropriately to alarms, alerts, and notifications for the environment from the management system.Participate in on-call 24/7 support rotations, major incidents and reviews (postmortems).Perform capacity planning, evaluate system technologies and tools to continuously improve system performance, reliability and availability.Provide formal corporate communications on directional changes or changes that will affect existing services. Keep business units advised on the status, communicate and collaborate with peer groups (enterprise architects, security team, server team, etc.)Requirements Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics/Computer/Software Engineering, Information Systems or related fieldsGood interpersonal and communication skills. Willing to work in a team with multifaceted strengths' environment to achieve a common goal through effective partnership and dedication.Basic Infra knowledge such network (LAN), server, database or storage.Fresh graduate or student in final semester are encouraged to apply.
