We are seeking an experienced Manager of IT Infrastructure & Operational Services to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable IT infrastructure and operations across the company. You will be operationally responsible for maintaining the availability, integrity, and scalability of all IT systems and infrastructure. This is a critical role focused on maximizing uptime for network services, data center operations, servers, storage platforms, and service monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee network infrastructure, including updates, patches, and firmware installations.
- Manage data backups and disaster recovery (DR) planning.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards across all IT infrastructure resources.
- Implement and maintain controls and monitoring procedures to guarantee the availability of critical systems and minimize service interruptions.
- Collaborate closely with the security team to ensure all endpoints are appropriately patched.
- Support the integration of new facilities into the company network as required.
- Provide on-site helpdesk support to the PA facility as needed
Min Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of progressive IT experience with at least 3 years in an IT leadership role supporting a 24/7 operation.
- Based in Denver, PA on-site (min 3 days per week)
- Travel: Normally 10-15%, subject to project work such as facility start-up
Skills:
- Strong project and process management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT disciplines, including information security, risk management, compliance, systems analysis, and IT management.
- In-depth understanding of current and emerging technologies, & the ability to apply these technologies to meet business needs.
- Proven experience with complex legacy infrastructure and application environments.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, and Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) solutions.
- Experience with patch management
- Ability to work in a 24/7 environment.
- iSeries Familiarity
